Terms and Conditions - Subscriptions

These terms and conditions of use (“Terms”) relate to any online subscription (“Subscription”) to video or audio material (“Material”) on or via the study.universalmedicine.com.au or universalmedicine.com.au websites. As a condition of my Subscription to the Material I have selected in my purchase, I hereby acknowledge my understanding of and agreement with the following Terms:

  1. All content accessed via the Subscription (“Content”) remains solely owned by and copyright to Universal Medicine and by ticking the “I agree” box below and proceeding to pay on this page, I have a licence to view/listen to the Content as per these Terms.
  2. No Content, in part or whole, is to be reproduced, republished, adapted or modified whether as part of any other publication or otherwise, in any manner or using any platform or medium.
  3. No Content, in whole or part, may be downloaded or saved to any device. The Content is available by view/audio only, on the platform provided by Universal Medicine or its agent for this purpose.
  4. The right to view or listen to Content I am subscribing to is personal to me, and no Content, in whole or part, may be shared with any other person(s).
  5. I am 18 years of age or over.
  6. Without limiting the generality of paragraph 4 above, the Content is for the viewing/listening and use of person/s 18 years of age and over only and is not, in whole or part, to be viewed by, listened to or shared with any person/s under 18.
  7. I agree and understand that if I, by any act or omission, directly or indirectly cause any breach of these Terms:

a)  My licence to view or listen to the Content I am subscribing to shall be cancelled;
b)  Universal Medicine may, at its sole discretion and with immediate effect, cancel all subscriptions, or any number of them, that I have on this site;
c)  No refund shall be payable to me for any such cancellation; and
d)  Universal Medicine and its representatives shall, except to the extent required by law, bear no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever, whether pecuniary or otherwise, and whether direct or indirect, suffered or incurred by me or any other person as a result of any such cancellation.

  1. In these Terms:

a)  The singular includes the plural and vice versa, a gender includes other genders and different grammatical forms of defined expressions have corresponding meanings;
b)  The failure to exercise or delay in exercise of any right by Universal Medicine shall not be a waiver of prior or subsequent rights; and
c)  These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
